Chicago New 2BR Home w 3 Beds and HighSpeed Internet Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Chicago New 2BR Home w 3 Beds and HighSpeed Internet, you immediately get that “this is actually someone’s home” feeling — which, honestly, is exactly what you want from a place like this. The building sits on a tree-lined stretch of West Potomac Avenue, and there’s something refreshingly authentic about the whole setup. You’re not dealing with a sterile hotel lobby or corporate check-in process here. Instead, you get the keys to what feels like a friend’s well-appointed apartment in one of Chicago’s most happening neighborhoods.
The Wicker Park Advantage
I mean, you really can’t beat this location if you want to experience Chicago like a local. Wicker Park has this perfect mix of artsy coffee shops, vintage stores, and some seriously good restaurants — all within walking distance. The Blue Line stop is close enough that getting downtown takes maybe fifteen minutes, but you’re far enough from the tourist crowds to actually breathe. What I love about staying here is that you can grab morning coffee at one of those hole-in-the-wall places that locals guard like secrets, then easily hop over to Bucktown or even Lincoln Park when you feel like exploring.
The Space Itself
This four-star property really delivers on the promise of feeling like home. The two-bedroom setup with three beds means you’re not cramming everyone into one room — there’s actually space to spread out and relax. The high-speed internet works exactly as advertised (I tested it extensively, obviously), which matters more than you might think when you’re trying to share photos or catch up on work. The kitchen is fully functional, not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a mini-fridge and broken microwave. You can actually cook here if you want to, though with Wicker Park’s food scene right outside, you might not bother.
What Makes It Work for Couples
There’s a reason couples rate this place so highly — it strikes that sweet spot between privacy and being in the thick of things. You get your own space to decompress after a day of wandering the city, but you’re also steps away from some of the best date-night spots in Chicago. The neighborhood has this romantic, slightly bohemian vibe that’s perfect for evening strolls. Plus, having a real kitchen means you can do the whole “cook breakfast together” thing without it feeling forced or awkward in a tiny hotel room.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
What really sets this place apart is how it manages to feel both upscale and unpretentious at the same time. You’re getting the amenities and comfort level of a high-end hotel, but with the authenticity of staying in an actual Chicago neighborhood. The recent guest ratings speak for themselves — people genuinely love being here because it doesn’t feel like you’re just visiting Chicago, it feels like you’re living there for a few days. And honestly, once you’ve experienced Wicker Park from this kind of home base, going back to a generic downtown hotel just feels wrong.
Hotels in Chicago tower above riverwalks, jazz lounges, and deep-dish diners.

Reviews of Chicago New 2BR Home w 3 Beds and HighSpeed Internet

The new, clean amenities (fridge, oven, stove, microwave) were really nice to have. We enjoyed the layout of each floor, allowing privacy in the bedrooms away from the main floor.
The bottom level especially with the sofa and bathroom is very nice. This was perfect for our group of three and would be great for a group of four as well.
The home came equipped with games, coffee, tea and a few other things like that. Plenty of cups, bowls, plates and utensils for cooking and eating.
The location is incredible for wicker park, with many food options and coffee shops nearby. We were attending shows at the Salt Shed and walked there and back each day (20 minutes). The walk felt safe and easy each time.
It is very close to bus routes and the blue line train for getting around the city.
We really enjoyed the place and I plan on returning for future salt shed shows. Everything else this weekend was priced ridiculously high, even hotels, where you get much less for your dollar. Thank you!Mustafa from United States (1/10)
