  The location was excellent and the restaurant bar staff was delightful.

  Location of hotel was excellent – close to Lake Michigan / Navy Pier, Michigan Ave / Magnificent Mile, many restaurants within walking distance, plus there was a grocery store right next door. One bedroom suite was spacious with nice furnishings, great TVs, a small kitchenette, and lots of space in the bathroom for toiletries and hanging damp towels. Elevator was prompt and free WiFi was speedy. Plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby also.
  The texting system for checking on guests was friendly and very responsive when a problem was reported.
