  Good location just off the Magnificent Mile .
  Room was large with a comfortable king bed , settee , kitchen units and walk in closet. We ate in some evenings so the kitchen was a boon. Oddly we were upgraded to a larger 2 room suite halfway through our stay due to the room above our original one having leak issues?? .A good result I suppose.
  Staff were pleasant, but not overly engaging.
  Breakfast was Ok ish , bit bland and same each day but just enough choice to start the day . Saves looking for somewhere to eat , although you could do your own in your room if you bought supermarket food .

  The staff was super friendly, attentive and professional. We had an issue with a slow drain in the bathtub and they immediately resolved it for us.
  The location is perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The Magnificent Mile has tons of shops, bars, restaurants and not too far from the river and pier.
