  The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and in a perfect location in Logan Square. The patio was a relaxing place to have a glass of wine at night. The owner was responsive to my questions in a timely manner. We left a bag at the property and the owner called us and was super cooperative with helping us get it back after we had already left town. We really appreciated that!!!

  The aparment is beautiful. Location is great. Please keep in mind, metro is a 30 minute walk, but if you have a CTA Pass, you can get there by bus, which stops pretty much at the door! Neighbourhood looks good, and felt very safe.

  The appartment is beautiful. Light, modern and spacious. 2 bedrooms, very comfy beds. its an old building so a bit noisy, but all the tenants are quit and considerate. Everything is very clean as well

  The restroom quality was amazing as it was the only place the floor did not squeak loudly. The kitchen has all appliances needed. Note washer and dryer are available but in downstairs unit and functions with coins only.

  Selten trifft man auf eine Unterkunft, die genauso oder sogar schöner als auf den Bildern ist. Dies war hier der Fall. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Küchenzeile sowie alle Kochutensilien ausgestattet einschl. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Eine Spülmaschine, ein Kühlschrank sowie ein Backofen sind ebenso vorhanden. In den Schränken gab es Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee, Tee und Zucker. Das Badezimmer war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Luftanlage war dort vorhanden. Hand- und Badetücher wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Haartrockner, Schmink- und Wattepads, Rasierer, ein kleines Nähset und Klohpapier waren auch vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich gute Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Hinten gab es eine Art kleine Terrasse wo man Abends sitzen konnte. Ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schlafzimmer waren groß und man konnte in die Einbauschränke die Bekleidung einräumen. Die Wohnung war sehr hell und dennoch könnte man Abends durch die Jalousien alles wieder verdunkeln. Die Gegend war ruhig und wir hatten den Eindruck, sie war sicher. In der Nähe gab es Supermärkte für Latin Foods(Carnicería Jiménez), ein Aldi, ein Discounter sowie ein paar Restaurants und eine Apotheke. Die Bushaltestelle und Metra waren in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Da wir alles mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln machten, war es sehr gut und wir konnten das Zentrum in 20-30 Minuten erreichen. Kurz gefasst: falls wir wieder in Chicago wären, würden wir diese Wohnung wieder nehmen. Es hat alles gepasst und man kann sie empfehlen
