  The photographs and description are a complete deception. The housing is in very poor condition. There are only three beds for sleeping, that is, for three couples. We were 2 families, each with one teenager, and one of them had nowhere to sleep. In the description, the housing has two living rooms, but in fact one and it is small where 6 people cannot even sit together.
  The kitchen is dirty: the refrigerator has food stains from previous guests, the oven is absolutely dirty, there are dirty rags near the sink, bed linen is stained and it’s not a fact that it has been changed. Plus there was a bad smell throughout the apartment, which they tried to hide by turning on the fan. All in all, we had to find another accommodation same night.
  Plus, the owner insured himself and forced us to go through an identity check through a separate website with the obligatory payment of insurance or a deposit. But the furniture and everything is in such a state that it is worth nothing. This is the first time I’ve encountered such check and insurance with accommodation on booking.com.
  The owner responds to messages with a long delay or does not respond at all.

  The house exterior is beautiful. It is a large and spacious space with high ceilings. The style was nice. It was on the South Side of Chicago, where there are not very many other options.
