  The apartment was large and clean. The beds were really comfortable and large but that made the room feel a bit small. Towels and other toiletry items were good and provided in reasonable quantity. The kitchen had most of the necessary utensils but it lacked of any complementary item like sugar, coffee or salt. The sofa was also comfortable and the TV was large and allowed access to Netflix. The apartment was well connected to public transportation (3 minutes to a bus station and 11/15 to the nearest metro stations).

  This place was close to the 20 bus route that will take you directly into downtown Chicago. No issues with the wifi or keyless check-in
  The staff was very responsive throughout the stay. And I'm also a fan on the little convenience items like air freshener, extra toilet paper, first aid kit, back-up trash bags, and complimentary hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner, and individually wrapped toothbrush kits in the bathroom along with an abundance of towels and ample washing machine and dish detergent.
