The bed was genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathroom had this rainfall shower that I honestly didn’t want to leave. The breakfast situation is solid — they’ve got vegetarian options that go beyond sad fruit cups, plus classic American fare that hits the spot. The restaurant downstairs serves decent food, though I’d recommend exploring the neighborhood too since you’re in such a great spot for it. Parking is available here, which is honestly a relief in this part of Chicago where street parking can be a nightmare. It’s not cheap, but if you’re driving, you’ll appreciate having a guaranteed spot.

  The location is super for Chicago, walking distance from all the parks, downtown and public transportation. Also, as it is on the lake you have great view of the city. Staff was nice and efficient, and the bedroom was very clean and comfortable.

  We loved our stay from check-in to check-out. The room had a perfect view of the lake (especially at sunrise) and skyline and was clean and modern. There are plenty of sit-down and quick bite restaurants throughout Navy Pier including at least two coffee shops. We appreciated that the hotel felt both part of, and distinct, from all the activity going on at Navy Pier – our room was quiet but there was lots to do just steps away. We stayed there for the Bears game and enjoyed the walk along the lake to and from the game. Parking was easy and we liked that since it was a Navy Pier parking garage and not specific to the hotel, we could leave our car there after check-out.

  Overall good location whether walking or driving around the city, the hotel was clean, the hotel itself had a good amount of food places connecting to it, and the hotel was connected to the boat tours.
