  鍵の閉まるドアのあるベッドルームが3つあり、そのうちの一つは広くトイレとシャワールームとソファーベッドがあり、それ以外にバスルームがあります。そのため、3人別々のシングルルームのホテルを予約するよりはるかに安く滞在できました。また、徒歩圏内にスーパーもあり、食器や調理器も充足しており、自炊も十分できます。目の前が小学校で治安も悪くないです。グリーンラインのDamen駅も近く、少し郊外なのかもしれませんが、ダウンタウンに行くのはそれほど大変ではないです。
