  It was only about 20 mins to downtown. I loved the washer and dryer being available. It was very nice as well. Quiet neighborhood and pretty easy to find free street parking. If you don’t find free parking there is a parking garage that charges $10 less than 3 mins walking distance away. We only used that once out of all 3 days. Beds were so comfortable! Loved the tv set up! Beautiful patio. Close to a view of the beach. Host was very kind and helpful with helping us find the location and also giving us a late checkout till noon!
