  The Hotel was nostalgic and welcoming. The staff was attentive. The gentlemen serving breakfast were very polite and respectful. They explained the food well to foreign couple near us. I was impressed that my chair was pulled out for me at the table.

  The hotel is in a really great location by the Magnificent Mile. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Perfect to walk around in that area. Public transportation is also relatively close by. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.
