  The apartment was set up nicely and furnished with basic toiletries, coffee and kitchen ware. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The appliances were in new condition and worked well. I was very pleased with the layout and furniture.

  Great home – it was SUPER spacious for the 5 of us.
  
  The location was great – close to CTA and walking distance to the river, Magnificent Mile.
  
  The check-in was super seamless. The front lobby gentleman who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. The home itself had a great view and was nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed if you wanted to cook, the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Finally, the Cloud9 team was great – answered all our questions immediately.
